You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created

PSDF is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan established as a section 42 (nonprofit) company, set up by the Government of Punjab in collaboration with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Over the past 10 years, it has funded training for over 500,000 youth across Punjab in 250+ demand-driven trades over six dedicated programs UMEED, AGHAAZ, URAAN, HARYALI, e-TAYYAR and MAHIR through an ecosystem of 500+ training service providers, primarily from the industry and private sector.

How the Role looks like

The role requires interpersonal and communication skills. A management associate HR is expected to play a generalist role in the team while being supportive, collaborative, and have excellent relationship management skills. Problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment documents
• Assist and coordinate employee performance management
• Assist in employee orientations and will be responsible to update records of new staff in the system
• Manage the organization’s employee database
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
• Assist in employee training management
• Manage payment processes in collaboration with inter departments
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters

Are you the right fit for the Job?

To apply, you must have

• Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) from an HEC recognized/accredited university. HR Majors will be preferred
• 0-1 year of experience in reputed organizations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office.
