Corporate Governance​

Corporate Governance is essential in building an environment of trust, transparency, and accountability in any organization. Strong and effective Corporate Governance helps to cultivate a company culture of integrity, leading to positive performance and a sustainable business overall. Essentially, it increases the accountability of all individuals and teams within the company to safeguard all stakeholders.

PSDF is committed to pioneering sound Corporate Governance in the development sector. This commitment is reflected and explained through the Corporate Governance Reports, Articles of Association, Committee Charters, etc. It is also visible in our day-to-day business behavior. As per the requirement of Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013 PSDF has constituted following subcommittee of the Board:

• Board Audit and Finance Committee
• Human Resource Committee
• Program Design & Procurement Committee
• Nomination Committee

To ensure implementation and facilitation of Corporate Governance within the organization, PSDF’s corporate governance policies are in place which lay down the principles and set the tone for proper conduct and ethical behavior in conducting business at PSDF. It applies to the Board and all employees of PSDF in their decisions and activities when representing PSDF in any capacity.
