What you will learn
In this course, you will learn how to read and interpret drawings, basic arithmetic and using calculators for simple calculations, and basic geometrical figures and the differences between them. You will also learn how to describe building components and the sequence of their construction, and understand the various types of floors and tiles such as floor, bath wall tiles etc.

Training Outcome
After completion of this course you will be able to observe all safety procedures at site, read and interpret drawings of building works, demarcate floor layouts, prepare cement and sand mortar and divide floor areas for tiling. You will also be able to prepare and use water level for slopes in floors, cut tiles by different methods as per requirement, select and identify different qualities of tiles, prepare and place under layer for tile flooring, and lay tiles for kitchen counters and bathrooms.
