Overview
This course will train the learners in making feeding drawings, adjusting punch, adjusting die, adjusting shearing blades and doing angle section and back mark illuminations.
What you will learn
In this course you will learn to name and identify measuring and hand tools, and how to use these to take readings. You will learn about tools such as inside/outside calipers, letter and number drills, cutting tools, dividers, bench vices, thickness gauge, hammers, steel rulers, scribers, center punch, chisels etc. Moreover, trainees will also learn about the CNC machine and its specifications, functions and safety precautions.

Training Outcome
After completion of this course you will be able to make pictorial drawings, orthographic drawings, cylindrical and sectorial drawings, use measuring and hand tools accurately and safely, and operate a CNC lathe confidently.
