This course will allow trainees to prepare the machine before production, following all the necessary precautions and partaking in managing the production process.

In this course you will learn about the demonstration of ethical behavior, demonstration of machine safety procedure/ system, preparation of machine and area before production, identification of materials & machine operation, cleaning of automatic capsule filling machine and about the the precautions and discontinuation during filling.

Training Outcome

After completing this course you will be able to remove powder hopper to allow easy cleaning and auger adjustment, adjust speed and length of closed capsule, manage the electrical appliance control system in accordance with CE and international standards, remove rotary table, follow the safety procedure system, clean automatic capsule filling machine and initiate the filling process.
