The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

This position is responsible for maximizing the performance of IT infrastructure by directing the daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

The primary job responsibilities for this role will be to:

1. This position is required to perform the following duties falling under the mentioned functions daily or as required basis and is held responsible for all of them including their consequences.
2. Perform various IT Infrastructure Administration tasks including the following areas of responsibility:
   • Data Center Management
   • Core Network Infrastructure
   • Firewalls, Routers and Switches
3. Implement policies and procedures to meet service expectations and quality for Operations for PSDF users through Firewall/Domain Controller.
4. Review the IT infrastructure to meet upcoming needs and expansion plans of the company.
5. Monitor network performance and optimize the network for optimal speed and availability.
6. Servers Management and their uptime assurance.
7. Deploy, configure, and update Domain Controller Group Policies.
8. Deploy, configure, and upgrade network software’s, such as enterprise antivirus or other remote support programs.
9. Office 365 / MS Exchange Management.
10. Installation of all types of updates like Windows 10 pro, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Antivirus and Office 365.
11. Server and Network Equipment Management
12. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect IT Infrastructure from Internal/External attacks.
13. Responsible for Implementation of Policies, Procedures and SOPs.
14. Provide a high level of Technical Support to all Users.
15. Vendor Management with Procurement and Finance for their payments.
16. Procurement of IT Equipment & Services through Public Tenders with contracts.
17. Respond to Trouble tickets raised by Help Desk and is responsible for the resolution.
18. All IT Infra & systems administration functions like User Access control, Patch management, Virus Management, Spam Management, etc.
19. Coordination with Principals / Vendors on all IT related purchases including laying down technical specifications and selection of HW/Networking components.
20. Performing preventive maintenance activities of Network/Servers/Data Center under SLA.

To apply, you must have:

1. Bachelor’s (Hons) in Computer science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Network Engineering or a relevant/ similar discipline from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.

2. Ability to manage, and maintain operation of the data center and IT Infrastructure.
3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
4. Strong knowledge of Key Account Management

6. Strong planning, execution, monitoring and administrative skills.
7. Good knowledge of market trends of Technology
8.  Strong Knowledge of Contract Management
