Getting to know PSDF

Our purpose-You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

How the Role looks like

The Document Assistant is responsible for providing support in management of documents within the organization.

This role involves assisting with document preparation, record keeping, scanning, and proper filing.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to:

  1. Keep record of letters/posts and update in and out going register
  2. Maintain the record of the manually disbursed stipend to the trainees.
  3. Categorize and label documents according to M&E activities for all projects.
  4. Maintain the record of correspondence with NADRA, JAZZ, PBTE/SBTE, TPM and Training Providers.
  5. Scanning, printing and filing of the attendance sheet, minutes of the meeting, agenda items and reports.
  6. Maintain the record of field monitoring plans and field monitoring reports.
  7. Maintain and update the contact details of training providers and KAMs.
  8. Ensure compliance with M&E documentation standards as per M&E SOPs
  9. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

What do we expect you to achieve?

The main accountabilities for this role include:

  1. Maintain the record of correspondence with stakeholders.
  2. Filing of the documents
  3. Compliance of with M&E documents standards

Are you the right fit for this Job?

To apply, you must have:

  1. Intermediate / Bachelor’s in any discipline from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
  2. 0-1  year of experience.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office will be preferred.

The required experience for this role requires you to have:

  1. Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
  2. Computer skills (excel, word, etc.)
