Getting to know PSDF

Our purpose-You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

How the Role looks like

You will be a custodian of all corporate events / activations, collateral printing, M&C working paper records, audit and budget maintenance in accordance with the PSDF rules & regulations while ensuring brand image and consistency.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to

Events & Activations

  • Managing event setups with all branding arrangements
  • Coordination with vendors for printing of branding material for all internal & external events with photography/video coverage of events

DGPR (Directorate General Public Relations)

  • Proof reading and releasing advertisements with AM assistance
  • Coordination with media agency for designing and publishing of ads with AM assistance
  • Tracing of ads post publishing and forwarding to stakeholders

Budget/Invoice Processing

  • Maintaining budget sheet and accruals with raising requisitions on working paper and SAP system
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining all records for audit related purposes

Collateral Printing & Corporate Giveaways

  • Closely working with all internal teams for their collateral printing in required specifications and quantities
  • Development/purchase of corporate giveaways

What do we expect you to achieve?

The main accountabilities for this role include

  1. Organizing corporate events
  2. Preparation of all corporate giveaways
  3. Development of event-related marketing collateral especially standees, backdrops, vinyl stickers, facias, etc.
  4. Working closely with BTL and creative agencies for activations
  5. Maintaining records of all M&C’s memos and custodian of the budget for audit purposes
  6. Any other work as assigned by the HOD M&C

Are you the right fit for this job?

To apply, you must have

  1. Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Marketing / Management Sciences or a relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant/similar operations experience.
  3. Experience in event management will be preferred.
