This course will train the learners to repair CNC machines using different manual and power tools.

What you will learn

This course aims at producing skilled manpower so they can can proficiently repair any kind of fault occurring in CNC machines whether it is electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatics. This course will also allow you to resolve issue related to the maintenance of CNC machines in order to make profitable production through CNC machines.

Training Outcome

On successful completion of this course, the trainees should be able to use different manual and power tools use for the repair of CNC Machines, diagnose and repair various faults related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of CNC Machines, perform basic operations on CNC Machine using G & M Codes through MDI, diagnose and repair various faults related to drives and feedback devices of CNC Machines, perform several tasks or activities related to the maintenance of CNC Machine, install and validate a new CNC machine and perform different accuracy test.
