Specialist/Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, Performance & OD

The impact we have created

PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

HR Specialist/Assistant Manager will manage Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development initiatives while partnering with stakeholders to enhance people processes and employee experience.

The primary job responsibilities for this role will be to:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, goal setting, evaluations and calibration.
• Support OD, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders on people-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze people data and support HR projects.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business Administration/ Human Resources/ HRM/ Social Sciences or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
