Getting to know PSDF

Our purpose-You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

How the Role looks like

Assist in program design, curricula development, development and in line with department overall objectives:

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are:

  1. Assist in execution and coordination of assigned project/s.
  2. Assist in reporting  of assigned project/s.
  3. Manage & keep track record of assigned project/s
  4.  Consolidation, Maintenance, and Updating of database (TSP & Project data).
  5. Assist in Mobilization of Outgoing Programs.
  6. Support in analyses of launched training programs in terms of mobilization target achievements.
  7. Eco System Analysis of the Training Service Providers.
  8. Provide support in ongoing external programs like International Placement, GIZ, EDF, PTEGP, etc.

What do we expect you to achieve?

Key Performance Indicators / KPIs for this role are

  1. Upgradation of TSPs Databases and Consolidation of TSP Data for easier accessibility in a single sheet PSDF program focus
  2. PSDA TSP Data Sheet
  3. Consolidated Trade Taxonomy Data Sheet
  4. Consolidated Tools and Equipment Lists
  5. Identifying New Training Partners for future PSDF Training Programs.
  6. District and sector-wise analysis of available TSPs for the Eco-System Development.
  7. Align Interviews & complete end-to-end the process.
  8. Directly contact the trainees to ensure participation and preparation.

Are you the right fit for this Job?

To apply, you must have

  1. Intermediate / Bachelor’s (preferred) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
  2. 0-1  year of experience.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office will be preferred.

Skill Set Required:

  1. General knowledge of and can operate MS Office
  2. Knowledge of data entry systems will be preferred.
  3. Ability to build strong working relationships
  4. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
