Getting to know PSDF

Our purpose-You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

How the Role looks like

Provide support in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations to achieve HR strategic goals/ objectives.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  1. Help organize training & development initiatives.
  2. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  3. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  4. Undertake tasks around performance management.
  5. Facilitate in organizing bi-annual and annual employee performance reviews.
  6. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  7. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, entertaining employee requests & queries on time.
  8. Act as a liaison between employer and employee, overseeing employee relations.
  9. Manage employee exit management and comply with exit management process and
  10. Ensure that all HR related data is maintained, updated and reported as per defined timelines in assigned domain.
  11. Any other task assigned by the supervisor for the assigned domain.

Are you the right fit for this Job?

To apply, you must have:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Business Administration /Marketing /Economics/Social Sciences or a relevant / similar degree from an HEC-recognized/ accredited university.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant / similar experience.
  3. Experience of Compensation & Benefits, learning & Development and HR Operations with reputed organizations will be preferred.

The required experience for this role requires you to have.

  1. Demonstrated experience in areas of Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and HR Operations.
  2. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
  3. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  4. Initiative, ownership, creativity, and
  5. Strong profile searching, networking and assessment.
  6. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
