PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.
The impact we have created
PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to:
· Ensure capacity building of TSPs of the related program/project. · Ensure the trainee enrolment as per the Business rules of PSDF. · Resolve complaints within TAT and maintain positive client relationships. · Ensure that all contractual obligations related to the program operations are met including verifications, examinations and placement mechanism and payments. · Evaluate existing systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, development and propose enhancements in BSS/CRM · Development of quarterly coverage plan for capacity building of the TSPs. · Carry out desk research for designing functional specifications and requirements of a system to report and maintain information about TSPs and trainees during and after training i.e. from Enrollment to Placement. · Pre and Post contract evaluations/field visits of TSPs if required · Oversee the Complaint redressal mechanism and ensure that the complaints are resolved on a timely basis and prepare monthly reports. · Ensures training initiation after site inspections within stipulated time frame if required.

This position will be Responsible for orchestrating and optimizing various operational aspects. Role encompasses contract management and execution, customer service, client relations, reporting, and system improvements. Interacts with all stakeholders to understand related concerns and redress grievances; Ensure timely payment processing against stakeholder’s invoices as per the monitoring business rules. Further pre and post contract evaluation /field visits of TSPs if required.
Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Economics / Management / Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.2 years or above of relevant experience.
