Our purpose

You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created

PSDF is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan established as a section 42 (nonprofit) company, set up by the Government of Punjab in collaboration with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Over the past 10 years, it has funded training for over 500,000 youth across Punjab in 250+ demand-driven trades over six dedicated programs UMEED, AGHAAZ, URAAN, HARYALI, e-TAYYAR and MAHIR through an ecosystem of 500+ training service providers, primarily from the industry and private sector.

How the Role looks like

You will be primarily responsible for managing the relationship with training service providers of PSDF.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to

• Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth operations
• Ensure the TSP satisfaction is achieved
• Resolve TSP complaints timely, routed through different channels.
• Maintain a record of complaint resolution to be shared with the Donors and Auditors.
• Manage the contract with the various training providers.
• Timely invoice processing of TSPs
• Conduct field visits to monitor the training locations of TSP on a monthly basis
• Planning and organizing the capacity development sessions of TSPs
• Assist in any other projects assigned by the management.

What do we expect you to achieve?

The main accountabilities for this role include

• Maintain TSP satisfaction score at 90%.
• Resolution of complaints within the specified time
• Performance management of TSPs

Are you the right fit for the Job?

To apply, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree (16 years) from an HEC-recognized / accredited university in Economics / Marketing / Social Sciences/ Computer Sciences or any relevant discipline.
• 0-1 year of experience in reputed organizations.

The required experience for this role requires you to have basic

• Understanding of contract management
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques
• Knowledge of program monitoring techniques

To collaborate and perform effectively, the role requires you to

• Build strong relationships with External Teams i.e. Training Service Providers, Third-party monitoring firms, Trainees.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Teams: Procurement, Program Development, Finance, Marketing and Communication, Placement, and IT department
