Data Entry Operator

Our purpose-You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

You will provide support to operations by performing functions of data verification i.e., CNIC Verisys, EOBI verification, Profile verification, Employment verification & Documentation etc.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to:

1. Data entry of project data
2. Data cleaning and updating in the system.
3. Carrying out NADRA verisys and updating the record
4. Verification of trainee data submitted by TSPs
5. Verification of EOBI of trainees
6. Verification of employment data and updating the reports
7. Filling of document
8. Any other task assigned by line manager.

The main accountabilities for this role include:

1. Timely completion of NADRA Verisys
2. Data Cleaning
3. Data entry of program data

To apply, you must have:

1. Intermediate / Diploma in IT equivalent to Intermediate / Bachelor’s in any discipline from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
2. 0-1 year of experience.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems will be preferred.

The required experience for this role requires you to have:

1. Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
2. Computer skills (excel, word, etc.)
