Our purpose
You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.
The impact we have created
PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

What do we expect to achieve?
- Ensure timely government coordination and approvals through effective official correspondence.
- Facilitate smooth fund releases, placements, and accurate financial follow-ups.
- Maintain strong compliance, proper documentation, and audit-ready records.
- Improve monitoring and reporting of SMDP schemes for better management decisions
Are you the right fit for this job?
- Bachelor’s (Hons) in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce from an HEC-recognized university, or CA Finalist/ ICMA part-qualified/ ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in budgeting and reporting within reputable organizations
- Knowledge of SMDP Portal and PC-I case processing for government approvals
- Experience liaising with P&D Department, AG Audit, Treasury Office, and other government bodies for project approvals and fund releases
- Familiarity with Asaan Assignment Account and NBP/banking-related matters
