Drawing on a sophisticated understanding of corporate philanthropy, CSR frameworks, and co-investment mechanisms, the role holder will construct and steward a high-quality partnership pipeline that generates sustainable revenue streams in alignment with PSDF’s institutional priorities.
The primary job responsibilities for this role will be to:
- Contribute to the design and operationalization of PSDF’s Private Sector Philanthropy Strategy, providing rigorous analytical inputs, conducting stakeholder mapping, and identifying priority engagement areas through systematic research into private sector companies, industry associations, and multinationals with active CSR mandates or strategic workforce development objectives.
- Serve as the primary institutional interface between PSDF and the philanthropy and CSR functions of partner organizations, ensuring coherent communication, strategic alignment, and effective coordination of joint initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations with corporate counterparts, from initial engagement through agreement formalization.
- Develop differentiated value propositions and co-investment structures that credibly link PSDF’s training outcomes to partners’ corporate social responsibility objectives and workforce development priorities.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective private sector partners, tracking engagement stages, conversion metrics, and revenue projections through a CRM system or equivalent pipeline management tool.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with external stakeholders — including foundations, philanthropic entities, and sector networks — to unlock collaborative opportunities and expand PSDF’s institutional reach.
- Produce rigorous, forward-looking intelligence and analytical materials to inform strategic decision-making, encompassing landscape analyses, partner intelligence assessments, and operational lessons synthesis.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, investment proposals, and impact reports precisely calibrated to the priorities and communication preferences of corporate audiences.
- Produce monthly pipeline reports, quarterly performance assessments, and annual business development plans for senior leadership, ensuring continuous alignment with institutional objectives and budgetary parameters.
