Our purpose
You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.
The impact we have created
PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

How the Role looks like
This position will be Responsible for orchestrating and optimizing various operational aspects. The role encompasses contract management and execution, customer service, client relations, reporting, and system improvements. Interacts with all stakeholders to understand related concerns and address grievances; ensures timely payment processing against stakeholders’ invoices as per the established business rules, further pre and post-contract evaluation /field visits of TSPs if required.
The primary job responsibilities for this role will be to:
- Supervise and implement new projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource use.
- Plan and organize capacity-building sessions for Training Service Providers (TSPs).
- Support Key Account Managers in resolving TSP-related issues and improving performance.
- Oversee contract implementation, ensuring enrolments, placements, and completion ratios align with business rules.
- Conduct evaluations, field visits, and ensure timely issue resolution in coordination with the Monitoring team.
- Design and upgrade monitoring tools and reporting systems to track program performance.
- Evaluate and enhance systems (e.g., BSS/CRM), streamline workflows, and improve processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Foster strong client relationships and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Support internal and external audits to ensure policy compliance.
- Assist the HOD with assigned tasks and responsibilities.
What do we expect you to achieve?
The key performance indicators for this role are:
- Effective execution of program operations and contracts across assigned schemes and regions, ensuring timely closure and SOP compliance.
- Successful implementation of PSDF’s operational framework, including consistent coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- 100% compliance with business rules, reporting deadlines, complaint redressal procedures, and payment processing timelines.
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices and deliverables in line with contractual requirements.
- High-quality complaint resolution and stakeholder support, contributing to smooth and responsive operations
Are you the right fit for this Job?
To apply, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Economics / Social Sciences / Management Sciences or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in managing program operations will be preferred.
