Management Associate – Digital Programs

You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created

PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

The Management Associate will support the effective design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of digital and skills development programs by assisting in research, curriculum enhancement, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and integration of digital solutions to ensure programs remain aligned with industry needs and organizational objectives.

The primary job responsibilities for this role will be to:

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of digital and skills development programs.
• Support research, labour market analysis, and data collection to inform programme design and improvement.
• Assist in reviewing and updating training curricula based on industry trends and emerging digital skills.
• Coordinate with internal teams, training providers, and external stakeholders to support program implementation.
• Support the use of digital tools and learning platforms to improve program delivery and learner experience.
• Monitor programme activities, compile performance data, and prepare progress reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Assist in the development of concept notes, implementation plans, budgets, and other program documentation.
• Support vendor and partner coordination to ensure timely execution of program activities.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, digital economy trends, and workforce requirements.
• Assist in gathering beneficiary feedback and program data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support special projects and other assignments related to digital programs as required.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics / Social Sciences or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in a relevant/similar field.
• Experience in Program Management/Program Execution/ Program Design will be preferred.
