Parwaaz Card provides interest-free loans to help individuals cover essential pre-departure costs such as medical, visa processing and protectorate fees, air tickets, skill-verification tests, and Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) fee. With the Parwaaz Card, the Government of Punjab is opening doors to global employment opportunities, enabling thousands of aspiring workers to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

Access to interest-free financing for overseas employment expenses
Ethical and transparent human export aligned with international standards
Trainee Selection & Admission Process
Step 1
Application
Applicants with a valid job offer letter may apply directly or through registered OEPs.
Step 2
Document Upload I
Upload essential documents, including the job offer letter, medical certificate, and skill verification certificate.
Step 3
Application Decision
Wait for PSDF to review your application and confirm acceptance or rejection.
Step 4
Loan Application & Bank Processing
Visit the designated Bank of Punjab branch to apply for the loan. Upon approval, access 40% of the loan amount.
Step 5
Document Upload II & Payments
Use the remaining 60% of the loan to directly pay for visa stamping, visa fees, OEP charges, and air tickets. Upload payment receipts on the portal.
Step 5
Pre-Departure Preparation
Receive pre-departure training aligned with international employer requirements.
