This course will allow trainees to make template drawings and perform programing of CNC turning and CNC Multi Axis milling through CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software.
This course will prepare you to work as Professional Product Designer/Programmer in a wide variety of product manufacturing related industries. This course also has a strong emphasis on Digital Manufacturing related problems.

After the completion of this course, you will be able to understand Design intent in product, develop Solid Modeling, apply concepts of parametric modeling with 3D surfacing, understand geometric constrains, apply concepts to develop drawings and techniques to apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances), make Template drawings, Dimensioning methodology, 2D Orthographic Projections, Section and Auxiliary Views, perform programing of CNC turning and CNC Multi Axis milling through CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software and generate cutting tool path and G&M codes file.
