The scheme “Skills for Tribal Area of Dera Ghazi Khan & Rajanpur”, was launched in December 2016 funded by Tribal Area Development Project (TADP), Government of the Punjab. Under the scheme, a total of 800 residents of D.G. Khan and Rajanpur were trained. Trainings will be imparted in high demand trades such as agriculture, textile, mechanical and etc. PSDF engaged a single training providers for each trade/course to provide skills training to the residents of 10 Union Council of tribal areas of DG Khan and Rajanpur, Punjab.
The main purpose of this program is to build capacity of the residents of tribal areas of DG Khan & Rajanpur for generation of income by providing them market relevant skills.
