Introduction.

The Chief Minister’s Youth Employability Program for BPOs is a demand-driven, employer-led initiative implemented by Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) to prepare young people for careers in customer support, digital services, and IT-enabled operations.

The program focuses on job-ready skills, practical training, and guaranteed employment, aligning Punjab’s workforce with global outsourcing standards.

How the Program Works

Candidates are sourced and screened by BPO employers.
