Microfinance Loan Officer Program
#PSDF under its Microfinance Loan Officer Program empowered young individuals to build a thriving and a sustainable career in the Micro Finance industry eventually facilitating them to earn a respectable income for their families.

Training of Trainers
PSDF conducted a 5-Day Training of Trainer (#TOT) with 20+ trainers across various trades. The purpose of the training was to train and develop #SoftSkills in #PSDF trainers to improve interaction effectively and harmoniously, so that they can transfer this knowledge to PSDF trainees.
