The impact we have created

PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

How The Role Looks Like?

The Management Associate – Marketing Operations will support the effective execution of marketing and communications activities by managing operational workflows, procurement processes, event logistics, and vendor coordination.

The role combines marketing operations management with basic in-house digital content support, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, events, and on-ground initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, primary marketing point of contact, maintaining procurement and payment records.

The position requires strong organizational capabilities, vendor coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Operations & Procurement

  • Manage marketing-related procurement processes and vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.
  • Process purchase requests, invoices, and payments through SAP in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
  • Maintain a centralized tracking dashboard for procurement requests, vendor contracts, payments, and delivery timelines.
  • Support the development and tracking of annual marketing procurement plans and budgets.

2. Vendor Coordination & Quality Assurance

  • Serve as the primary marketing POC for vendors including video production agencies, photographers, designers, printers, and event service providers.
  • Coordinate vendor activities to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign outputs.
  • Support the operational execution of events, mobilization activities, and field activations.
  • Provide initial feedback on vendor deliverables including video productions, event coverage materials, and creative assets.
  • Ensure timely production, installation, and quality assurance of all branding and promotional materials.
  • Manage vendor communications, delivery timelines, and logistical arrangements for marketing activities.

3. On-Ground Marketing Support

  • Act as the marketing focal person (POC) during on-ground activities and events.
  • Coordinate with photography, videography, and media vendors to ensure proper coverage of events and program activities.
  • Capture basic photo and video content to support real-time digital content needs.
  • Guide vendors on coverage requirements to ensure alignment with marketing guidelines.
  • Support planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and institutional events.
  • Ensure documentation and record management for all marketing operational processes.

4. Financial Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures, invoices, and vendor payment timelines.
  • Track budget utilization against planned marketing activities and highlight variances where required.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards and status reports on procurement, vendor engagements, and payment progress.

Are you the right fit for this job?

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing operations, event coordination, procurement support, or vendor management.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and operational management skills.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and financial processes.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic photography/video capture and digital content support capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience using SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
