Our purpose

You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created

PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

How The Role Looks Like?

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience to support the planning and execution of marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, community engagement, and strategic communications initiatives.

This role is ideal for an execution-focused all-rounder (agency experience preferred) who can manage campaigns, coordinate vendors, create structured content, and ensure disciplined delivery across digital platforms, program marketing, events, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content across digital platforms, newsletters, reports, articles, etc.
  • Support planning and execution of brand and program-level digital campaigns.
  • Planning, coordination and video production, and event coverage.
  • Develop and manage the annual and monthly marketing calendar.
  • Act as a primary POC for creative, digital, and video vendors.
  • Oversee community engagement and quality assurance.
  • Website management.
  • Support monthly reporting, performance tracking, and optimization.

Are you the right fit for this job?

Required Skills: 

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Writing, Editing, and Proofreading skills for engaging digital content creation
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, social media campaigns, and analytics
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns and industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, Generative AI)
  • Structured documentation and reporting discipline
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere, etc.
  • Understanding of video production workflows

Experience

  • Bachelor’s (Hons) or Masters in Mass communication/film and TV/ Marketing/ Journalism (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university
  • 2-4 years of experience with reputable organizations
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and vendors
  • Agency background or experience in a fast-paced execution environment is strongly preferred
