Our purpose

PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created

PSDF is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan established as a section 42 (nonprofit) company, set up by the Government of Punjab in collaboration with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Over the past 10 years, it has funded training for over 500,000 youth across Punjab in 250+ demand-driven trades over six dedicated programs UMEED, AGHAAZ, URAAN, HARYALI, e-TAYYAR and MAHIR through an ecosystem of 500+ training service providers, primarily from the industry and private sector.

How the Role looks like ?

You will be primarily responsible for managing the monthly stipend disbursement to the PSDF funded trainees.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to:

• Implement contracts as per the agreed guidelines and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Assist in implementing the monitoring and evaluation framework for PSDF, follow up with different stakeholders and implementing partners.
• Conduct field visits, as when required, compliant resolution, follow-ups present reports and findings to Manager Monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure that the required reports are submitted within the specified deadlines.
• Ensure that the M&E process flow is being followed from end to end.
• Be Complaint resolution TSPs and Trainees through CRM.
• Build Capacity of TSPs as per the Business rules.
• Orient the TSPs regarding scheme initiation and completion.
• Liaison with the TSPs and ensure compliance regarding payments.
• Assist Lead M&E in any other activities, duties and responsibilities assigned to him.
• Ensure timely data collection of formal and self-employment

What do we expect you to achieve?

The main accountabilities for this role include:

  • Contract Implementation
  • Complaint resolution
  • Coordination with the TSP
  • Performance Evaluation of TSPs
  • Field visits

To collaborate and perform effectively, the role requires you to:

• Build strong relationships with External Teams i.e., Training Service Providers, Third Party Monitoring firm, Third party Stipend disbursement agency, Trainees, Donors.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Teams: Procurement, Program Development, Finance, Marketing and Communication, Placement, and IT department

Are you the right fit for this job?

To apply, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (16 years) from an HEC-recognized / accredited university in Economics /Marketing / Social Sciences or any relevant discipline.
  • 2 years of experience.

The required experience for this role requires you to have:

  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques
  • Good knowledge of program monitoring techniques
  • Understanding of contract management
